On date 10-07-2022 I have not travelled through the sbp- bgh toll gate but got fastag deduction of ₹145 .Can I know the reason ?
What is Toll gate eantary fee for personal car through fastag and direct cash payment
Vehicle no.OD15M1012 has not at all moved on dt 24.06.2023 but my fast tag amount has been deducted for Ra 145 from my paytm fast tag wallet stating that the amount has been deducted for using the Bargarh toll plaza..Pls furnish the reason for this and arrange ro refund my amount.
Today i.e. 25.01.2025, I have not passed through Bargarh (Barhaguda) Toll plaza. But, my fast- tag connected to OD-14-AC-4005 has been debited with Rs. 155.00. You are hereby informed to refund the amount deducted from my fast-tag card. Recently, in similar case the consumer forum has penalized the Toll plaza for deducting unlawfully. You are requested to reply to me in the mail id mentioned below.
