Yesterday on 29.03.2022 i travelled towards Pimpalgaon B. , and crossed the toll at 11.45 a.m. I didn’t get any message of toll amount deduction through fast tag. I returned Nashik and crossed the toll plaza at 6.24 pm on same day. Immediately i received message of deduction of Rs 190.
Today I.e. on 30th March I received message of deduction of Rs 190 for crossing the toll on 12.44 a.m. today. i.e. on 30.03.2021.
1. As I didn’t travelled on 30.03.2022 how the toll is dedicated.
2. I have registered my vehicle as local i.e. MH15 passing at your office., then also how the full amount is dedicated.
3. I returned within 7 hours, then also full toll of both sides is dedicated.
This clearely an injustice with me. , and it is against your own rules.
I request to refund me, the extra amount deducted from me.
