सर मेने अपनी गाड़ी cg 10 y 5480 की डिटेल टोल प्लाज़ा के कार्यालय में दी थी लोकल कराने के विषय से जिसको १माह होने जा रहा है उस पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की है और आज भी मुझे टोल के अधिक पैसे देने पड़ रहे है कृपया मेरी गाड़ी जिले के प्लाजा में पंजीकृत व्यवसायिक वाहन है जो की आप के ही नियमा अनुसार है उक्त का टोल मूल्य लोकल नियम अनुसार काटने की कृपा करे

I paid in cash as the fast tag has low balance ( about Rs 3.00), however the amount has als got deducted from my fastag account, I recieved the message 5 mins after crossing the toll. Could you please help me in refunding the amount.

20th Aug 2023 afternoon at 12:36 p.m. crossed bhojpuri toll plaza they deducted 95/- and same day evening at 7:17 p.m. during return again they deducted 95/- .

Mai kl gaya hi nhi hu. Usake bad bhi mere se bhojpuri toll plaza dwara paisa liya gaya. 95 rupees mujhe karan bataye , kyoki bilashpur taraf mai jata hi nhi hu. Ye toll plaza kanha per hai.
