Concessions
Concessional fee for the multiple trips within a day and monthly pass for use of section continuously and frequently will be @1.5 times and 30 Times of single journey rates respectively.
Monthly pass of Rs.150/- and Rs 300/- for local traffic with in radius of 10 km and between the radius of 10 to 20 form the toll plaza location respectively.
Daily pass of Rs. 15/- and Rs.25/- for LCV and Trucks respectively for each entry of playing with in 20 kms.
Monthly pass of Rs-1000/- for school Buses crossing the Toll Plaza.

Yesterday I was travelling with my family &there was two ladies travelling with me in my car and my Fastag was link with my bank & due to some reason there was no balance showing but there was traffic and there was que behin my car i request the employee which is working on tall that I was sidey car so traffic will release and we resolve the problem but the employee was so rude and he was abusing me with bad words & saying that why u drive the car if u have no aukkad the employee who earn hardly 15000 rs monthly has right to judge my capabilities and standard of leaving ,I can also use bad words but I was travelling with my family and I can’t use such words but I can say that this basturds earn when we pay tall ,

Boriyach toll get is free for us but yesterday 65 Rs are cut after 3:30 pm from my Fasteg account on Boriyach tollget
So what I do for refund it?
Plz give a ans me..
Today morning 8:43 ₹65 toll debit and evening also ₹65 toll cut then why ₹65 cut insted of ₹30
