Dear Sir,
1. I was travelling by above numbered car in Ahmednagar district between Babhaleshwar & Shirdi on 08.06.2022at around 9-9.30 AM.
2. I passed through the toll booth installed which is unmanned, no toll staff, no scanner/camera. The captioned toll plaza is not operating or functioning. But after passing trough this toll plaza, I received debit of Rs 50 from my IDFC FASTag – the message I received is as under :
“ INR 50 toll debited from Tag 3XXXD7E0 for vehicle no. MH12PC8275 AT Chalakwadi toll plaza on 08/06/22 08:38. Avbl Bal INR150. IDFC FIRST Bank”
3. If my car passed through no toll route, how I received debit of Rs 50.
4. I request you to reverse the captioned debit of Rs 50 immediately. I also request to have independent enquiry against such fraudulent deductions of toll amount.
5. I am forwarding the captioned complaint to UNION Minister of Road Trasport & NHAI also.

After seeing all these comments i feel this toll plaza os doing very big scam deducting 50rs is small amount so everyone ignores it but these guys are daily picking 100s of car owners and charge for 50rs this happened with me as well. I will note down above all names and i will file complaints in police station and NHAI to solve this issue and refund amount.
