CM Window Haryana – Submit Your Complaint
This is the good news for residents of Haryana State that the Online Public Grievance Portal and CM Window has been launched by Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar. The Public Grievance Portal & CM Window facility has been launched in the month of December 2014.
The CM Web Portal and a CM Window in all districts of the State has been started to bring the transparency in governance and ensure prompt redressal of people’s grievances. On the same day, Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar had also launched online registration of sale deeds in eight tehsils of Haryana State.
How to Submit Public Grievances & Complaints to CM Window-
The residents of Haryana state can now submit their complaints to any of the following places-
- District Headquarter in DC Office (in CM Window)
- Office of any Minister
- CM Residence or in CM Office at – 4th Floor, Haryana Secretariat, Sector 1, Chandigarh.
- A complaint number will be given to the complainant after submitting the complaint. Keep it safe for future references.
How to Check the Status of Your Complaint-
The people can check their complaints status on CM Window through the official website of CM Haryana Cell by following the below steps-

- Go through the CM Haryana Cell Website at – http://cmharyanacell.nic.in/
- Enter your complaint number in the box.
- Click on Submit Button.
- Your complaint status will be appeared.

Harsamadhan Portal-
An Online Public Grievance Portal named “Harsamadhan” is working in the state for last 4-5 years for resolving the public grievances through online mode. People can post their complaints on this portal through online, and also can check the status of their complaints online. However, it is also noted that many of government offices are not taking the complaints seriously on ‘Harsamadhan’ portal. May be it will also be taken in attention by CM Haryana in future.
