Hello,
I traveled on 1/11/2022. I lost my fastag, I requested their to take toll from my fastage wallet with help of my car number. but they said no to me and take charge and toll from me. but after 2 days I got message from my fastage balance the money have been deducted for the toll plaza of Dari,
Now I have raised request from my paytm fastage to give me retun of my amount because I have already paid cash amout their. then I upload photo their.
at that time i was in harry so i missed to check slip of payment they have given to me so missed to check. and suddenly i checked the car number is mentioned wrong in the slip of toll payment.
