इस टोल प्लाजा की हमेशा की आदत हैं, जब भी मैं एक ही दिन में दो तरफा यात्रा करता हु, पहली बार तो हमेशा फास्टेग से 70 ₹ काट लेते हैं, लेकिन उसी दिन बापसी करने पर फास्टेग में खराबी बताकर 140₹ वसूल लेते है, जिम्मेदार माननीय कृपया संज्ञान ले|

Hi Mayank Samaiya, so many drivers (or) vehicle owners facing with same thing, when fasstag system started, then so many toll gates doing same like this, why because we can’t find the reason. Please complaint to Nitin Gupta / 9811217679

today i paas from this toll plaza, all persons are irresponsible here. they told me that in your fast tag no money but there are 385 rupees. they told me that machine are damage and not working properly, by there mistake they charged me 140 rupees with penalty. after passed the toll plaza a message comes in my mobile that 70 rupees of toll had deducted from fast tag balance.
why they did like this.

इस टोल पर फास्टेग से 70 ₹ काट लेते हैं, साथ ही फास्टेग में खराबी बताकर 140₹ वसूल लेते है ,
हमे तो कुछ समय बाद ही पता चलता है कि 140₹ देने कि बाद भी फास्टेग से 70 ₹ कट गये ।
जिम्मेदार माननीयो से निवेदन है कृपया संज्ञान ले|
I am not crossing from this toll plaza I am at home but this toll plaza deduct my fastag amount many times so please inform me why it happens my car registration number is MP04CB7719
