Passengers Dissatisfied With Kachiguda Yeswantpur Vande Bharat Timings
The Railway Department is introducing the Vande Bharat Express for the fastest connectivity between the two key IT hubs of the country, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will wave the green flag for Kachiguda-Yeswantpur Vande Bharat at 10.45 am on Sunday morning. This Vande Bharat, which runs for six days in a week, is not available on Wednesday. This Vande Bharat will run through Telangana, AP and Karnataka. Railway officials say that this Vande Bharat has been introduced only for IT employees.
The distance between Kachiguda and Yeswantpur is 610 km. The journey takes 8.30 hours, the Railway Department has revealed. AC Chaircar Rs.1,600/-, Executive ticket Rs.2,915/-. If you don’t want catering, AC chair car is Rs. 1,255/-. Executive ticket is fixed at Rs. 2,515/-. Meanwhile, Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad-Tirupati Vandebharat trains are already running with 16 coaches. But Kachiguda-Yashwantpur Vande Bharat is going to climb the rails with only 8 coaches. It has 7 AC chaircars and one executive chair car.
IT and other employees who are happy that Vande Bharat will come between Hyderabad and Bangalore are unhappy with its timing. They say that they are not comfortable at all.. They say that even if they take a day off from the office, they will not be able to travel. This Vande Bharat train departs Kachiguda at 5.30 AM and reaches Yeswantpur at 2.00 PM via Mahbubnagar (6.49 AM).. Kurnool City (8.24 AM).. Anantapur (10.44 AM).. Dharmavaram (11.14 AM). It will be evening by the time you reach home and office from there. That means all day time has to be devoted to travel.
The return journey timings are also the same. Vande Bharat leaves Yeswantpur at 2.45 pm and reaches Kachiguda at 11.15 pm. In order to avoid Bangalore traffic, one must leave by 12 noon. And if you reach Hyderabad at 11.15, it will be 1.00 in the night when you go to places like Kukatpally and Miyapur. It is said that train timings are not at all convenient for IT employees. If the timings are changed to reach Yeswantpur at least within 12 hours, it is said that half-day work will be possible. Even in Yeswantpur, employees are requested to leave at 4 pm for convenience. And will the timings change in future? Otherwise, it remains to be seen whether it will continue like this.
But some netizens are commenting that IT employees have little general knowledge. If you want to reach Bangalore by 12 noon, how many hours should you leave from Hyderabad? As they said, they will not be able to catch the train unless they leave home at around 1:00 or 2:00 in the middle of the night. Also, on the way back, after getting off the train, it will be three or four in the morning to reach home. Netizens are commenting.
