Staff replies they don’t know the senior’s name and alse even their name too……

Toll amount ₹110/- each from komalla toll plaza & guduru toll plaza for onward journey to hyderabad but return journey with in 24 hrs, it is ₹55/- at guduru but why ₹5/- more I. E. 60/- from komalla?
