I was coming from Salem to Bengaluru through SETCL. The bus has been stopped near the Krishnagiri toll plaza. Those who wish to use the restroom were invited by the driver. But the toilet room has been locked. How do I go to the restroom if the toilet is locked? Why the project manager is not looking into those types of important issues? The toll plaza in charge will be responsible for this issue. People suffered. Our prime minister is working hard to keep our country clean. But such senior people, those who are responsible for toll plaza, least bother about customer service. The toll plaza in charge is only responsible.
