On 25.12.21 we crossed your toll Plaza at about 12:06 noon your scanner could not scan my fast tag even trying 2-3 times and I was charged cash fir Rs 80/- but I got a message that my fast tag has been debited for ₹ 80/-. Therefore I have been charged twice. Please refund me one entry to my fast tag immediately.
