My vehicle number is PY 05 K 4375, i was used in your toll on 10th February 2022 at 14:54:06, toll in-charge was said your fast tag was not work and i was pay manual double charges Rs. 90, latter i was received from my fast tag and debited message. i called Mr. Kannan (99625) he was replied it will refund soon, but till haven’t received any payment in my tag.
So kindly refund it as soon as possible
Worst possible behaviour in this toll booth
With full amount in my fast tag they tried to charge us double . Some one check behaviour of toll booth staff immediately . The booth number 1 guy lied to us and said tag reader is not there.
Worst behaviour by staff members in this toll booth. They tried to charge us double even my fast tag with full amount citing that ur tag is block listed. I have argued today I have crossed two tolls there is mo issue but they are simply telling go and file the case, no one can do anything it’s our rule.
Some one check behaviour of toll booth staff immediately.
I have experienced the same. Every toll should have non-fasttag lane. After installing fasttag, I can see many official who are not exempt showing their id to the toll incharge to open the lane automatic barrier.
11-Aug-2023 in Lane3, I have observed 3 to 4 vehicles crossed the lane without paying toll charges. The person in the car showed their if and toll incharge opened the gate.
Timing is between 5:00PM to 5:30PM
