I am a doctor residing at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Some one has prepared a duplicate Fast tag for my Hyundai i20 car and used it yesterday at Patanswangi toll plaza yesterday afternoon. I got the following message from my SBI Fastag sms system. This is a serious issue and calls for immediate punitive measure. Kindly look into the CCTV footage to retrieve the details of the offending vehicle. Thanks.

I am a doctor working at Govt. Medical college Nagpur. I travelled with my car on 15th August, 2023 through patansaongi toll. They deducted Rs.100 first then when I returned to Nagpur they again deducted rs.55… on same day…it is OK
But after 3 days on 18 Aug, 23 they deducted amount from my wallet and said that it was truck and my wallet balance goes negative.
How can they trouble us like that…
