हे नियमबाह्य व फसवणूक करणारे कृत्य आहे.
फास्ट टॅग मधून पैसे कट झाले याची माझ्या कडे रिसिट आहे.
तुमचा मेल आयडी द्या. मी रीसिट पाठवतो.
प्रवास केला माझ्या फास्ट टॅग मधून 80 रुपये कट झाले तरीही माझ्या कडून दांडासह 160 रुपये घेतले.
हे नियमबाह्य व फसवणूक करणारे कृत्य आहे.

Today I was passed toll plaza at 2.17 pm & deducted 80 rs. And Again at 6.08 pm message received of 80rs. Debited. Also in fast tag statement it shows. If I’m not passed toll plaza at 6.08 pm then why cut balance. Please clear this issue & return amount to my fast tag account. Anyone please give me contact no. Of taswade toll plaza.
आज दिनांक 8.8.2021 रोजी माझी गाडी नंबर MH10BM0186 ने पुण्याला जाताना रू. 80 दोन वेळा कापून घेतले आहेत. एक वेळेचे रू. 80 परत द्यावेत. उद्या पर्यंत उत्तर मिळावे. अन्यथा सोशल मिडियावर आपले sms viral करावे लागतील.

I travelled through Tasawade Plaza on 16 Oct 21 and fastag was deducted for Rs 80/- but while returning within eight hours it was deducted Rs 80/- instead of 40/- .
Khed shivapur and anewadi charges half on return within 24 hours, why it’s not so with Tasawade and Kini toll plazas.

Today I was passed Toll Plaza by 5 . 17 PM during the time i was talking on phone & the executive came and told me your balance has finished and taken from me Rs 160/- after that when my phone was closed I checked my wallet and found 230 balance and Rs 80 /- already deducted from the account. After that i talked with Mr. Sharma he is manager of Plaza he told that it’s happened By Mistaken come back and collect your cash.
It’s very serious issue it is happening with many people’s in a day & everybody is not checking the account.
I am requesting to government Please stop it immediately with corrective action.
