Today when i crossed from this toll plaza they charged 100+100 rs kindly guide i also have fastage on my car number HR 06AG 2300 but they are not deduct money from my fastage.

9.07.2023 today i went through kalajhar toll plaza through exempted catagory but 30 minutes 100 rupees has been duducted from my fasttag

I m working as journalist and Punjab govt issue spl yellow card on toll is exempted .. but today I cross toll at 7 pm on my vehicle pb 13 bm 0098. 8 show my yellow card and they allow me to go and after ten minutes they deduct 100 rs from my fast tag even is is not pasted on front glass
My Car no. CH 01AV1992 is at my house whole day and i received message the toll charge Rs.100 deducted from my fastag on 07Jan2022 6:18pm this is totally fraud and illegal.Refund my Rs. 100 on priority otherwise i will take legal action.
My vehicle having number PB 65 G 0559, crossed toll plaza on 28.02.2023 at 10.57 am (Patiala to Bhawanigarh) and an amount of Rs. 100 got deducted. Further, i got returned from my destination place and crossed the toll gate at 1:15 PM & an amount of Rs 100 was deducted instead of Rs. 50 because single day return journey charges are Rs 150.
