I have travelled on 2nd Feb,2022 @ 16:24 on NH5 via Bhagomajra toll plaza on Kharar Ludhiana Road. My car no is CH 01 AF 3736. But on receipt they wrote only PB 3736 car no and charged me 140rs. Later I checked the receipt and saw the wrong number mentioned on it and also checked the toll rates online. It is rs.62 for single and rs.100 for double.Now i want to know how to receive my balance.I also contacted Ravi kumar on 9988972597 the no.which is mentioned on site.He talked rudely by saying that he dont know about who updated his no.on the site.kindly sort my matter otherwise i have to go for some legal action.

Please clarify I crossed toll returned within 4 hours but charges deducted 70 Again 70.why keep stealing umtil someone notice??
Today I traveled to ludhiana through Bhagomajra Toll Plaza in the morning and returned at 6:59 pm from the same toll plaza in vehicle no CH03S 1400 and they deducted 100 rs extra as the fees which is mentioned 105 but my money deducted from my balance is 200rs and they even did this cheating 2nd time with us and also sent us the message regarding our balance after 15 mins so that we won’t make any complaint on the same time… This toll plaza employees are looting people soo everyone be aware and always wait to get to see your message of balance…
