Since from 11 th Feb they didect abnormal toll charge instead Rs 280 for Three Axel vehicle Rs 490 for vehicle
KA 01 AB 9490 and KA 01 AB 9606 and KA 01 AB 9609 and also toll in chage phone number suched off
Why there is a toll charges debited Rs.130 for Car instead of Rs.75.

Yesterday 11th August 2023 debited Rs 130/- towards toll charges to my account with equitas and today 12th August 2023 also debited to my account without passage of my vehicle through toll. Vehicle no Ka04MM2287.
Please take immediate steps to reverse the charges to my account. I am living in Bangalore and crossed the toll in above days.

so why it was happened and how with out passing deduction taken place.

in this month not yet done my pass renuevall due to not passed so for in this month.

I am Ravindra B Magadum having SKODA RAPID KA 27 M 6642 not Passed CHALAGERI TOLL PLAZA Yesterday & Staying BELAGAVI, But Received & deducted Rs140/- on 6-11-23 @22-00 IST Trip 300919186 from my FT 19000009274867.
It’s RidiculousRedicolous that though my vehicle is not passed and PARKING INFRONT of my Home at BELAGAVI-590015.How come this deduction happened. Kindly check at your end urgently & the Same Amount should be credited to FastTagFastTag expeditiosly.
I did not travel through Anewadi Toll Plaza on Monday, 13 November, 2023. Even then, Rs. 80/- deducted from my Fasttag wallet. This is the most ridiculous thing.
I have made complaint regarding the same to Bhuinj Police Station.
Please refund Rs. 80 to my Fasttag wallet.
