Today (19.02.2021) during journey by my vehicle bearing Regd No.- OD02 BQ3043, an amount of Rs.85/- was deducted from my ICICI fast tag at Gruapali toll plaza (time 13.19) vide TX ID: 1446070694.
Further, an amount of Rs.75/- was deducted from my fast tag at Gudipada or Gangapada toll plaza (time 14.22 ) vide TX ID: 1446191353.
As per my knowledge the Gudipada or Gangapada toll plaza was defunct for a long period and instead the toll plaza was functioning at Gurapali.
In the above context I want to know, when the Gudipada or Gangapada toll plaza was functioning.(when my vehicle was passed the said dilapidated toll plaza on 17.02.2021 no fees was deducted and at Gurapali Rs.85/- was deducted at 15.25). If, the toll was deducted wrongly then immediately refund the amount to the concerned tag wallet.

I had a journey on dt. 14.09.2022 8.46 a. m and returned 2.52 p. m. So ₹75 deducted from my ac in id no. 0010002209141528347174 and another ₹75 in id no 0010012209141453094479 for OD02 AQ 2232.
Further on dt. 22.09.2022 07.32 a. m my above said vehicle is stay at my home near Dhauli P. S BBSR but ₹75 has deducted from my ac in id no. 0010012209220733156741.How is it possible?

My car is not moving any where today 26.3.24. my car no OD02BS0608. Still u deducted Rs 110.00 toll tax from my idfc fast bank on the time of 9.37pm.

I am not visited toll plaza. But toll free deducted ₹75. 25’09’22.
Today on 1st June 2023 Rs.110/- was deducted from my fastag account.
I never visited this place called Gudipada.
I live in Navi Mumbai.
I want to know why and how was the toll amount deducted.My vehicle has never gone out of Navi Mumbai.
Somebody is fraudulantly stealing money from other peoples fastag account by cloning the fastag data. My vehicle no. is MH46BE3450 .
Please find out who is the culprit and refund my money to my fastag account.

My vehicle bearing Regd No : OD02CF7076 is with me at my home , Tihidi , Dist – Bhadrak , Odisha since 15 days. But unfortunately an amount Rs.115 is debited from my FASTag a/c as above message.
Please look in to the matter & the debited amount please to be credited to my FASTag a/c accordingly.
