माझे वाहन आणि fast tag घरी म्हणजे पुणे येथे आहे. वरवडे टोल प्लाझा पासून २०० किलोमीटर दूर असताना ४ डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी सायंकाळी 19:43 मिनिटांनी माझ्या नावे असलेला fast tag scan (3XXXBC20) मला रुपये 65/- टोल आकारला गेला. तो कसा काय? मुळात माझे वाहन या रस्त्यावरून गेलेच नसेल तरी debit कसे झाले? टोलच्या कारभारामध्ये घोळ दिसतोय. विनाप्रवास टोल आकारून मानसिक त्रास देण्याचा व आर्थिक लुबाडणूक करण्याचा प्रकार मोहोळ – टेंभुर्णी (सोलापूर) येथील वरवडे टोल प्लाझावर होताना दिसतोय.
टोल मध्ये एवढा सगळा गोंधळ असून आम्ही नक्की कोणाकडे तक्रार करायची हे नक्की नाही…..आमचे बँक खाते एका बँक मध्ये, fastag दुसऱ्या बँकेचा आणि टोल नाका तिसरा कोणी तरी हाताळतो तर मग नक्की चूक कुणाची आहे ह्या मध्ये….मला तरी वाटते ह्या मध्ये सर्व सामान्य माणसाची चूक आहे, कारण जे नियम लावले आणि त्या मध्ये काही त्रुटी असल्यास त्याला त्या पासून पश्चातापा शिवाय पर्याय नाही.
आपले पैसे जर विनाकारण कट झाले तर ते कसे परत मिळवायचे ते जर कुणाला माहीत असेल तर 9665040425 ह्या क्रमांकावर call करून सांगावे.
कारण मी सर्व call सेंटरला call करून थकलो आहे.

Please refund this amount I am not crossed this toll plaza.my vehicle at home town INDAPUR.
I had very bad experience on this toll plaza twice. I stay in Goa, but happened to pass through this toll plaza last year and again this year in Dec. I never had such bad experience anywhere in India. Last year, the toll charges were taken 3 times – twice through fastag and later cash saying that scanner is not working. Hence total amount paid was Rs. 195 for single entry instead of Rs. 65. I had complained to NHAI, but nothing happened.
I happened to pass through this toll plaza again last week. I had to wait in que for more than 30 minutes and on enquiry, the reason given was scanner slow. Toll plaza should not charge any fee if we wait for such a long time as per Government of India. Our dynamic union minister for Highways Mr Nitin Gadakari has announced this rule time and again. However, people there are behaving very differently and acting on their own style.
This is bringing down the image of Government of India as its against the announced policy. I hope some authorities take a note of this pathetic situation at this toll plaza.
माझे वाहन आणि fast tag घरी म्हणजे औरद शहा ता. निलंगा लातूर येथे असताना व 16.12.2021 रोजी 06 29pm मिनिटांनी माझ्या नावे असलेला fast tag scan होऊन मला रटोल आकारला गेला. व याचा एसएमएस मला आज म्हणजे 17.12.2021 रोजी आला.

पारनेर जि. अहमदनगर येथे असताना 20 Jan 2022 रोजी सायंकाळी 20.01 pm मिनिटांनी माझ्या नावे असलेला fast tag scan होऊन मला रुपये 65/- टोल आकारला गेला. तो कसा काय? मुळात माझे वाहन या रस्त्यावरून गेलेच नाही तरी debit झाले आहे, विनाप्रवास टोल आकारून मानसिक त्रास देण्याचा व आर्थिक लुबाडणूक करण्याचा प्रकार मोहोळ – टेंभुर्णी (सोलापूर) येथील वरवडे टोल प्लाझावर होताना दिसतोय.

I kindly request to toll plaza of Varvade. I am working Minisyry of Defence in Pune. My vehicle No. MH14 EC 2534 never went through this paza on date 05/06/2022, however Rs.70/- was deducted from my fast tag balance. Some financial fraud is going on Toll plaza of Varvade. So take quik action regarding it and refund my money.
My vehicle never went through this toll plaza however Rs 65 was deducted from my fasttag balance and the transaction is mapped to Varde Toll Plaza.
There seems to be some financial irregularities going on at Varde Toll Plaza.

I am in pune about 240 kms away and my below vehicle or me never passed this toll plaza in last few years. Then how this toll amount got debitted from my Fast Tag account. Which means theres a connection of fraudalent persons having knowledge of siphoning money from Fast tag accounts fraudalantly..
