Hyderabad Metro – Student Pass | హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో – స్టూడెంట్ పాస్
1. Metro Student Pass is a Limited Edition Offer
2. Student Pass will be issued at Rs.100 towards the cost of card which is non-refundable, and student may load the trips as per their requirement
3. Validity: Trip Pass will be valid only for 30 days from the date of purchase of trip pass
4. Eligibility: Student born after 1st April, 1998 can avail the offer
5. Offer Duration: The Offer starts from 1st July 2023 to 31st March 2024
6. In case of Under Travel, one trip will be deducted from your Trip Balance.
For example :- Your smart card has been loaded with Rs.45/- trip pass and there are 15 trips available on your date of travel. You have under travelled for Rs.35/-, one trip will be deducted from the available trips and trip balance left will be 14 trips.
7. In case of Over Travel, one trip will be deducted from available trip balance. In addition, you must pay the excess fare amount at the exit station.
For example :- Your smart card has been loaded with Rs.45/- trip pass and there are 15 trips available on your date of travel. You have Over Travelled for Rs.55/-, then One trip will be deducted from the available trips and trip balance left will be 14 trips In addition, you must pay Rs.10/- as an excess fare at exit station
8. At any given point of time, only one fare zone trip pass can be uploaded in Smart Card.
9. Recharge of Student Pass can be done at your origin or destination station as per your convenience
10. Misuse of Student Pass Card
• Penalty as per Metro Act
• Card will be blocked
11. In case of the card is lost, please approach the station staff for buying new card without submitting documents and just provide details requested by the staff
12. In case of defective card, please approach the station staff to issue the new card loaded with balance trips from old card. Please provide details requested by the staff for issuing new card without submitting documents.
13. In case of damaged, please approach the station staff to issue the new card loaded with balance trips from old card by paying Rs.100/- towards cost of card. Please provide details requested by the staff for issuing new card without submitting documents.
